The time has finally come. With the SR 10 and SR 5, we have launched our first stationary reels. After years of testing, we have finally reached our goal with these models. Calls for ZECK reels in the under €200 price segment have been getting louder and louder in recent years. However, we have taken the time we needed to have absolute certainty. Now we are launching models on the market that outshine pretty much everything else in the German-speaking catfish segment in terms of quality and price/performance. The SR 10 is a reel that should be of particular interest to seatrout anglers. The size is ideal for setting up rigs with a boat at up to medium distances. It is also predestined for casting. Only specialists cast their rigs to distances of over 300 metres (and then only very rarely). For such applications, there is no way around an HR 20. For everything else, an SR 10 is sufficient. During the test phase, the reel not only paid off when fishing for catfish. It has also withstood numerous tuna drills with runs of hundreds of metres without any problems. In this respect, sea anglers should also take a closer look at our saltwater-resistant, sealed metal reel.
