How can I pay?
To make your purchase as simple and comfortable as possible, our online shop offers the following payment options:
Advance payment
You will transfer the amount of your invoice to our German bank account, providing your order number. You will receive the payment information you need immediately after placing an order in an automatic email generated by our online shop. After receiving payment, we will send your item promptly to your shipping address, adhering to the delivery times stated.

How much is shipping?
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Belgien, Niederlande, Luxemburg, Frankreich Festland, Tschechien, Polen, Slowenien, Slowak. Republik, Österreich, Dänemark, Italien, Schweden, Finnland, Rumänien, Ungarn, Bulgarien, Litauen, Lettland, Estland, Spanien Festland, Griechenland Festland, Irland, Portugal Festland, Kroatien, Schweiz.
Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.
The flat-rate shipping charges within Germany are indicated in the following table:

Sample calculations of shipping costs within Germany:
- Shopping cart contains: 1 x bite indicator at 50,00 euros- the rate “Standard Parcel” is charged at 7,90 euros
- Shopping cart contains: 1 x fishing rod at 150,00 euros, 1 x bite indicator at 100,00 euros – only the surcharge “Bulk Surcharge” is charged at 8.90 euros
- Shopping cart contains: 1 x XXL Bedchair at 89,00 euros - the rate at 7.90 euros, plus the XXL surcharge of 12.90 euros is charged. If the Bedchair costs 109,00 euros, only the XXL surcharge of 12.90 euros will be due.
In most cases, shipping is free within Germany above a purchase value of 100,00 euros up to 60kg. As we have already mentioned, Bulk surcharge and XXL surcharges are exempt from this rule.
What should I know about international shipping?
To make our international shipping costs as transparent as possible, we have separated the individual countries into various zones. You can view the flat-rate shipping costs for international deliveries in the following table:

Are there special considerations when shipping to Switzerland?
We offer delivery without German VAT for our customers from Switzerland, and all customers who would like to have their package delivered to Switzerland. However, we are only able to ship orders up to a net value of 999 euros. From a net value of more than 1,000 euros, we would be subject to complex customs formalities which we unfortunately are not able to offer. It is, however, possible to divide your order into multiple individual orders - simply contact us if you are interested in this option.
If you are logged in to your customer account and select a shipping address in Switzerland at the end of your order, our system will display and will charge you for only the net price, minus German VAT. Please note that customs and sales tax are due in accordance with Swiss law when products enter the country - these fees should generally be paid directly to the delivery service.

- Shopping cart contains: 1 x XXL Bedchair with 9,5kg at 149,00 euros - the rate at 24.90 euros, plus the XXL surcharge of 19.90 euros is charged.
When will I receive my package? Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 6 - 8 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time. In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.
I have a complaint - what should I do?
Processing complaints with our company is just as easy as placing an order. Just click on this link to download our complaint form. Please fill this out completely and send it to us as described in the form. We will then contact you to inform you how we will proceed in the matter. If we approve a return of your defective item - for which we will accept the costs - please include a copy of the completed complaint form with your defective product.
