Coupon terms and conditions

1. Definition and conditions
Coupons are promotional vouchers that cannot be purchased but are issued by M&R Angelgeräte GmbH as part of various advertising campaigns. These vouchers either reduce the shopping basket value by a percentage (e.g. 10%) or absolute value (e.g. €10), or waive the shipping costs. Possible surcharges (e.g. bulky goods surcharge) are excluded from a discount or waiver. Free shipping coupons can only be used for orders within Germany, shipping costs to other countries cannot be waived.
Possible additional or deviating conditions for the redemption of coupons may vary and in such cases will be explained by M&R Angelgeräte GmbH directly in connection with the coupon. Coupons issued by M&R Angelgeräte GmbH can only be redeemed here in the online shop at https://www.mur-tackle-shop.de/.

2. Minimum order value
M&R Angelgeräte GmbH often specifies a minimum order value from which the coupon can be redeemed. If this is the case, M&R Angelgeräte GmbH will inform you of this together with the coupon.

3. Redeemability and usability
Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per customer and per order. Coupons cannot be transferred to another customer account. Coupons cannot be offset against delivery costs and possible surcharges. Coupons cannot be used for books, magazines or to purchase gift vouchers.

4. Settlement of returns
In the case of a partially returned order, the purchase price reduced by a percentage coupon will be refunded. If the value of the returned goods is less than the minimum order value linked to the promotion, the coupon loses its validity and is offset against the refund value. If, in the case of free shipping coupons, the minimum order value after the return falls below the minimum order value specified in the promotion, the shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the return value. In general, there is no entitlement to a refund or replacement of the coupon from the promotion.

5. Validity
Coupons are only valid for a limited period and expire on the date stated with the coupon. An extension is not possible.

6. No retroactive effect
The subsequent redemption of coupons for orders already placed or current orders is excluded.

7. Cash payment
Cash payment of coupons is not possible.

8. Resale
The resale of coupons is not permitted.

9. Redemption
Coupon codes can be entered in the shopping basket under "Redeem promotional coupon". By clicking on "Redeem coupon", the amount of the discount/shipping costs will be automatically deducted from the order value.
