The importance of monofilament leader materials has increased more and more in catfish fishing in recent years. The absolutely smooth surface and the certain stiffness are particularly advantageous in flowing waters and when using agile bait fish (where permitted). For this reason, we have set ourselves the challenge of offering the best monofilament leader material available on the market for catfish anglers. Since we cooperate exclusively with the traditional Japanese company Momoi in the German-speaking area, the world market leader in this area was at our side. The Mono Leader Pro does not curl, it is very stable, quite soft, very easy to knot for a monofilament leader of this strength and above all it is one thing: Extremely abrasion-resistant! Compared to our old German-made Mono Leader, which was also one of the best materials on the market, our own tests have shown that our new leader material from Momoi is about 20% more abrasion-resistant. As a result, we couldn't help but add the Mono Leader Pro to our range.
