Slow-sinking, two-piece plugs have been used successfully by our friendly guides on the Po for many years. The Cat Pointer is the first model on the market that has really been developed specifically for wallfishing. In addition to sufficient stability and weight, we have paid special attention to the barrel. The unusually subtle yet high-frequency lure action was the key to success for many years and a real insider tip. Until now, there were only hand-built and relatively unstable versions made of wood that had this running behaviour. The Cat Pointer is perfect for throwing off the banks at high tide. But of course you can also use it in normal conditions or in shallow water areas. When dropping the bank you should take advantage of its optimum sink rate. In front of the bank growth you can let the Cat Pointer sink a little so that it is already in the action radius of the catfish at the first turn of the crank.
