With the STROFT ABR, the tuning focus is on wear and abrasion resistance. This is what the abbreviation ABR stands for. Another tuning requirement is the achievement of the tensile strength values ??and the knot load-bearing forces of STROFT GTM. Both specifications are implemented using a tempering process in which strong pressure is also applied. As a result, the surface is highly compressed and thus made less susceptible to UV rays and scratches. In addition, the water absorption is also reduced as a result, which means that the wet knot load-bearing capacities remain largely constant even after longer periods of water storage. STROFT ABR is a bit harder, but still sufficiently supple. Even under the toughest conditions when fishing over rocky ground or over mussel beds, as well as when used in salt water and in direct sunlight, the tensile strength is retained to an extent that is unlike any other monofilament fishing line. STROFT ABR is therefore the right fishing line for all types of angling, where full reliability must be guaranteed even after the toughest continuous use. And STROFT ABR is the fishing line for all sport fishermen who practice fishing very intensively.
