Following the success of our Kaizen rods, we have now introduced the more affordable Kaizen Green range.
Although it is priced below our top of the range rod, the Kaizen Platinum, it has many of the same design and performance features, making quality fishing accessible to all.
We know that not every angler needs or wants to afford the Platinum range, so the Kaizen Green is our solution, offering almost the same performance at a fraction of the price.
The Kaizen Green range, which is made from a less expensive carbon, differs slightly in the power transfer and speed of the blank when casting, but has a similar action to the Platinum rods.
action as the Platinum rods.
It includes eight fishing rods and two spod rods, all of which have been tested by Team Korda in a variety of fishing conditions.
The feedback was overwhelmingly positive and speaks to the quality and performance of the range.
Our 10-foot rods, which we are offering for the first time, have been developed for special situations, e.g. for fishing from a boat and for all other situations where the length
and casting distance of a standard 12-foot rod is not required.
The range also includes spod rods that are suitable for long casts.
The rods feature a matt finish, black wraps and a discreet logo, complemented by durable, slim guides and a comfortable, secure rod grip.
All models in the Kaizen Green series are equipped with high-quality Sea Guide TDG guides, which are renowned for their strength, durability and light weight.
In Europe, the 10ft rods are also available in a version with Sea Guide BXTLSG guides with ceramic insert.
These special guides are designed to be even more abrasion resistant and robust.
This model is aimed at anglers who demand maximum performance and reliability when fishing with braided or very thin lines.
Danny Fairbrass is visibly proud of the Kaizen Green series.
He emphasizes the goal of making high-quality fishing tackle more affordable so that more anglers can enjoy the benefits of the best rod technology.
When you look at the performance of the Kaizen Green, which is almost on a par with the more expensive Platinum rods but at a more affordable price, we have certainly achieved this goal.
certainly achieved it.
This rod range proves that quality and affordability can co-exist and makes great fishing experiences accessible to a wider audience.
12ft 6in 4lb
With a longer rod, you can achieve greater casting distances with practice, but many people aren't as comfortable with a 13-foot rod.
This 12.6-foot option is a good alternative.
It's designed for long casts, but is forgiving enough under the rod tip that you don't have to worry about slippage.
Danny Fairbrass:
"These rods are an excellent alternative to the 12-foot rods if you want to achieve greater casting distances, but the 13-foot rod is a little too cumbersome in the hand. "
"Those extra six inches give you more casting distance, but they still feel like you're using a 12-foot rod.
Everyone who has picked up one of these rods has loved them.
So if you want an all-rounder that you can fish from under your feet up to 140 meters, this is the rod I would recommend. "
