The Fox Pellet Pegs have been designed for a practical and effective bait presentation of Forelli or Halibut pellets. The shape of the pellet peg has been chosen to ensure a secure hold even with a pellet that has already softened in the water. The hair no longer pulls through the bait when casting and during fishing. It also prevents smaller fish from attacking the pellet and stops the stopper from slipping out of the hair loop. After drilling through the pellet with our 1.5 mm nut drill, the pellet peg fits exactly into the resulting hole. This closes the hole, preventing water from penetrating the inside of the pellet, so the hookbait remains hard and stays on the hook for longer. The pellet pegs are perfectly color-matched to Forelli and halibut pellets and can be used both on the outside at the end or across the pellet due to their shape. Available in the sizes 11mm, 13mm and 21mm
