The lightweight pitch cast with a casting weight of 14 grams shows its strengths when twitching, fishing with topwater lures and using various finesse techniques. However, they also offer unrivalled feedback when fishing soft lures on the jig head or the increasingly popular skirted jigs. Smaller chatterbaits can also be offered with the 14 gram pitch cast.
