With the Big Stick and Big Bait on Big Fish - something like that is the motto of this rod. Since you don't necessarily have to use a baitcaster reel up to a casting weight of around 150 grams, we have equipped the Big Stick with robust stationary reel guides. With the stationary reel, you can easily achieve greater casting distances, which is good for open water fishing for pike, for catfish spin fishing (yes, you can also use the Big Stick for easier catfish spinning, despite the fact that it can be found in our orange range) or is also a great advantage when fishing for exotic fish. Since you often need thicker lines with a diameter of more than 0.25 millimeters for this type of fishing, we deliberately decided on slightly larger ring diameters and 6 + 1 guides. This reduces friction and increases the casting distance. The Big Stick's initial tip action quickly transitions into a semi-parabolic with an incredibly strong backbone. Nevertheless, and that's the highlight of the Big Stick, medium-sized pike are still fun. Each of our predatory fish rods is securely packaged and delivered in a high-quality rod case.
