Casting big shads all day long may sound like a tough job, but once you hook one of these monster pike, it's worth the effort. The Powershad-T 2nd Generation makes getting there much easier, and once the target fish is hooked, you can be sure that the Torayca® High Performance Carbon blank will keep control of it at all times. The W4 Powershad-T 2nd Generation rods have a softer tip and more backbone in the blank to get the hook through, but are still sensitive thanks to the fast progressive action. The W4 Powershad-T 2nd Generation was developed for softbaits, but is just as suitable for fishing with hardbaits, spinnerbaits or other predatory fish lures.
