Run & Gun!!! This is the motto of Herbert Ziereis, with whom we designed this rod series. Over a period of about 2 years, we have jointly developed our own rod concept that bears his signature and his name.\r \r The blank\r The heart of every fishing rod is the blank. In this case, we tinkered around for a long time to design the perfect blank for the Run&Gun Access S 270 5-28g. The unpolished blank impresses with its inimitable action and design.\r \r The blank measures 270cm in length, has a casting weight of 5-28g and is in two parts. The length of the rod is a clear advantage when fishing from the bank and boat; this rod is perfect for landing fish.\r \r With an X-Fast action, the rod has a semi-parabolic action which then transitions seamlessly to a powerful backbone that never loses its dynamism and still works well under full load to keep the upper hand even in the hot phase of the fight of a capital fish and to land the fish safely.\r \r The bite detection is phenomenal with this rod and the strike is more of an automatic reflex after the crystal-clear transmission of the bite.\r \r The handle\r The high-quality EVA handle offers a secure grip for casting, bait presentation, strike and drill! The slightly longer handle allows all types of lures to be guided perfectly. When fishing with drop-shot, C-rig, T-rig, K-rig but also spin-jig or twitchbaits, this incredibly versatile rod always does its job perfectly! The split grip with a beautiful natural cork finish is also a feast for the eyes.\r The reel seat\r \r The Fuji VSS 16 reel seat is very ergonomic in the hand and allows a perfect grip and fatigue-free fishing\r \r The guides\r We also only use Fuji components for this model, in this case the rod is equipped with 8+1 Fuji K SS Alconite guides. With this model, we have designed the guides according to the KR concept to achieve maximum casting distances, accuracy and perfect power distribution on the blank. The result is a coherent rigging concept that works with any reel and any line.\r \r
