The Easy Slide Backlead lowers the main line to the desired position between the rod tip and the rig. For longer distances, multiple backleads are often used to keep the line neatly on the bottom. This reduces the risk of the line being picked up by waterfowl, boats, or other anglers. The flat shape of the lead allows it to sit particularly well on the bottom. The large eyelet of the matte black stainless steel clip ensures particularly smooth gliding. In the event of a snag, the tube reliably releases the lead, allowing the fish to continue. Available in the following weights: 28g (1oz) and 42g (1.5oz).
