The Gamakatsu - A1 G-Carp Camou Sand Super is a razor-sharp carp hook that is characterized by its excellent material properties and its perfect camouflage color. The hook has an inward-facing hook point and is also an ideal hook for all assemblies with shrink tubing. Equipped with an eye and barb, the Gamakatsu - A1 G-Carp Camou Sand Super can be used on almost any occasion. The Gamakatsu carp hook is 20 % harder and stronger than an ordinary steel carp hook and also lasts twice as long. The Gamakatsu - A1 G-Carp Camou Sand Super owes these unique properties to a unique material. The A1 material, which Gamakatsu is the only manufacturer to use, is a high carbon steel with a high carbon content and without any impurities. In a special process, the material is first heated and then cooled with oil to give the Gamakatsu - A1 G-Carp Camou Sand Super its enormous strength, hardness and durability.
A good camouflage of the carp rig is an essential measure in modern carp fishing, with which the chances of catching can be increased. The Gamakatsu carp hook has a Teflon coating in the color sand. This coating does not affect the outstanding material properties of the hook in any way, but ensures that the carp hook goes unnoticed by the carp and melts into its surroundings.
