The J-Braid Grand X8 is the further development of the world-famous J-Braid X8. The Grand X8 has been optimised in some details to offer you even more safety when fishing and during the fight. Whether in fresh water for perch, zander or pike or in the sea for cod, halibut & co - the J-Braid Grand X8 is fully convincing.
Compared to the existing J-Braid X8, the Grand X8 has a tighter braid - this results in better abrasion resistance and knot strength. The special manufacturing process, in which the J-Braid Grand X8 is stretched during production, further increases the abrasion resistance and tensile strength. The J-Braid Grand X8 is very soft and extremely quiet in the rings thanks to the surface coating - it is slightly stiffer than the J-Braid X8 and is therefore particularly suitable for windy and difficult casting conditions.
