Fox - Warrior Marker Rod
With a powerfully deceptive butt, this rod has been designed to allow you to cast a marker float to the maximum distance possible coupled with an ultra fast tip action which ensures maximum sensitivity for detecting features over very long distances. To achieve its maximum potential, the rod should be used in conjunction with a braided line like the Fox Explorer braid with its low diameter and zero stretch to enable the user to feel the vibrations caused by dragging a lead across the bottom of a lake.
Constructed from a slim blank, incorporating Fox Sliks, starting with a 40mm butt ring stepping down in size to its 12mm tip ring, the handle comprises of a DPS 18 style reel seat trimmed with Gunsmoke anodized collars, a special ‘non slip’ textured coating which is trimmed with a short shrink tube butt grip and two depth whippings identifying both 6” and 12” intervals to help you measure off the depth when letting your marker float rise to the surface.
